Inc. has applied for use of said property. <br />2. The County finds and determines that the Rockridge <br />Property Owners Association, Inc. is formed for the purpose of <br />promoting the general welfare of owners and residents of the <br />Rockridge Subdivision. <br />3. Said property is not currently needed for Co..,lty <br />purposes and will best serve the needs of the residents of Indian <br />River County if it is leased to the Rockridge property Owners <br />Association, Inc. <br />4. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is <br />authorized and directed to execute the attached lease agreement <br />which provides for the nominal rent of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) per year <br />payable in advance to be used for the purposes set forth in the <br />charter of the Rockridge Property Owners Association, Inc.. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr.. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Patrick B.
