3. That if a check, warrant or other order for the payment <br />of money drawn in the Commission's name exceeds the sum of <br />Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), said designated depositories <br />are authorized and directed to honor checks, warrants or other <br />orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />only when such check, warrant or other order for the payment of <br />money bears the facsimile signature of the Chairman and Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court and further bears the original signature of <br />either the Chairman, Vice Chairman or Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />Said actual and facsimile signatures appear below: <br />(1) Freda Wright <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />Actual ((// <br />.
