She also pointed <br />out the concern for unemployed and underemployed residents and <br />graduates who need jobs. ` <br />In response to Commissioner Bird's earlier inquiry, Ms. <br />Chandler advised that while they had not talked to other counties' <br />business leaders and CEOs as far as being able to rate what is most <br />important and what is next important, they do know that what is <br />attractive is the total package. She recommended the Board approve <br />this proposal, so that sometime in the future they would not be <br />having to decide what public services to cut. She felt it was best <br />to do this planning now.
