Also reference the drawings by Donadio and Associates dated: 05/10/2021. <br />- Removal of 36 - 3' x 3' x 6" footers <br />- Removal of 4 — 3' x 3' x 2' footers <br />Clarifications: <br />- Work to be performed during normal/regular business hours as defined: Monday through Friday, 7:00am <br />to 3:30pm with holidays excluded <br />- No interior work is to take place other than what is specifically stated in the detailed scope of work above <br />- Owner is responsible for all power, water, HVAC, and wastewater safe -off and disconnection <br />- Over excavation/57 stone is not included for the footers <br />- Lead, asbestos, and mold abatement not included. If TCLP sampling testing determines that the lead is <br />hazardous, hazardous waste removal will be addressed via supplemental change order <br />- Geotechnical evaluation is excluded <br />- Any specialty permitting is not included such as environmental, discharge permit for dewatering, <br />historical, etc. <br />- Building permit fee included <br />- Dumpster to be provided by GC <br />- Certified Payroll / Davis -bacon wages are to be applied per determination provided <br />- Liability insurance included <br />- Builder's risk insurance included <br />- Bond included <br />- Any engineering, design, or drawings by JLC are excluded <br />- Certified As-Builts survey included <br />- No Liquidated Damages <br />- Any unforeseen conditions are excluded <br />- Johnson-Laux Construction is not responsible for delays to the schedule caused by other contractors <br />www.johnson-lauy,cpm <br />CGC 15#701 <br />
