•• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-8 <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, have been requested to release the rear <br />lot 5' easement of Lots 4 and 7, Block 3, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, being the southwesterly 5' of Lot 7, Block <br />3, and the northeasterly 5' of Lot 4, Block 3, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded <br />in Official Record Book 5, Page 85, of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on <br />the Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision for public utility <br />purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easements <br />have been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />following lot line easements in Sebastian Grove Estates <br />Subdivision, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as <br />follows: <br />The rear lot 5' easement of Lots 4 and 7, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, being the southwesterly 5' of Lot 7, <br />Block 3, Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision and the <br />northeasterly 5' of Lot 4, Block 3, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, a�p6rding the the Plat thereof as <br />recorded in Official Record Book 5, Page 85, of the Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be <br />and they hereby �re authorized and directed to execute a <br />i <br />release of said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in <br />form proper for recording and placing in the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 19th <br />Approved as to form <br />and legal sufficiency <br />Bruce.
