<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining

<br />This Release of Easement, executed this 19thday of
<br />February, 1986, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision or the State of
<br />Florida, first party; Nelson H. Ade, whose mailing address is
<br />168 -Harris Drive, Sebastian, Florida 32958, second party:
