RENEWAL OF RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASE AGREEMENTS - <br />I.R. FARMS WATER CONTROL DISTRICT <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/18/96: <br />DATE: April -18, 1996" <br />TO: JAMES E. PINTO <br />DIRECTOR O UTILITY SERVICES <br />PREPARED WILLIAM F <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL $.ENGIER <br />BY: DEPAR OF ILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER FARMS R/W LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />As a result of County Utilities installations within Indian River <br />Farms' right-of-way, the County must sign a lease and agreement on <br />an annual basis. The total cost of the combined leases are <br />$8,468.52. (See attached Indian River Farms' Lease Agreements) <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends <br />execution of thelattached lease agreements as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board directed Attorney <br />Vitunac to amend six Permit Interlocal Agreements <br />with Indian River Farms Water Control District <br />according to any changes effected by new legislation <br />and authorized the Chairman's signature. <br />PERMIT AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING 6 RIGHTS-OF- <br />WAY ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD - <br />PERMIT AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT IRC -5 FOR OPTIC FIBER CABLE <br />R/W WAS APPROVED BY THE BOARD ON MARCH 19, 1996 <br />MAY 219 1996 28 eJrj 98 m -L 145 <br />
