assessment becoming so payable in installments may be paid at any <br />time together with interest accrued thereon to date of payment; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvements, to wit: <br />LOTS 6 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 2, LOTS 1 <br />THROUGH 13, BLOCK 3, AND LOTS 7 <br />THROUGH 11, BLOCK 4, AS SHOWN ON <br />THE PLAT OF GLENDALE LAKES SUB- <br />DIVISION, PBI 6-26. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and satisfied in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for water improvements within 48th <br />Avenue between 8th Court and 10th Street, heretofore designated <br />as Indian River County Utilities Project Number UW86-09-DS, is <br />hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all <br />applicable requirements of Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Wodtke , and upon being put <br />to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B.
