Dedications and Improvements: The applicant will dedicate the <br />improvements as indicated on the previously approved <br />preliminary PD plan/plat. Such dedications are as follows: <br />a. Concurrency: Since no new units are proposed, no new <br />concurrency certificate is required. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant special exception use approval for the <br />revised PD conceptual plan to add .51 acres to the Harbor Village <br />conceptual PD <br />Chairman Adams opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard. There being none, she closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted <br />special use approval for the revised PD conceptual <br />plan to add .51 acres to the Harbor Village <br />conceptual PD, as set out in staff's recommendation. <br />23 <br />MAY 289 1996 <br />
