RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the warranty deed and <br />real property described therein is hereby accepted and the Board further authorizes the recording <br />of the deed in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, for the aforementioned <br />project. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner who moved <br />its adoption.
