Russell Family Limited Partnership) <br />A resolution has been prepared for the purpose of earmarking the public use of the following <br />property and cancelling any delinquent, omitted or current taxes which may exist on the property <br />obtained by Indian River County: <br />Public Purpose: Right -of -Way for 41 st Street Turn Lanes <br />Harbor Bluffs PD - Phase 1 <br />(The Virginia W. Russell Family Limited Partnership) <br />Location/Description: 32392600000700000001.7 - 1375 41ST ST <br />32392600000700000006.0 - 39TH Street <br />Purchased from: The Virginia W.
