40 <br />C� <br />a <br />5.3.1 Insurance Requirements: <br />5,3,1,1 Workers Compensation. To meet statutory limits in compliance with <br />the Worker's Compensation Law of Florida. This policy must include <br />Employer Liability with a limit $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 <br />disease (policy limit) and $1{10,000 disease (each employee). Such <br />policy shall include a waiver of subrogation as against OWNER and <br />ENGINEER on account of injury sustained by an employee(s) of the <br />CONTRACTOR, <br />5.3.1.2 Commercial General Liability'. Coverage shall provide minimum limits <br />of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for <br />Bodily Injury and Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />Premises/Operations <br />• Products/Completed Operations <br />b Contractual Liability <br />Independent Contractors <br />5.3.1,3 Lousiness Auto Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of <br />liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for <br />Bodily Injury and Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />Owner Autos <br />■ Hired Autos <br />• Non -Owned Autos <br />5.3.1.4 CONTRACTOR's Property Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall purchase <br />and maintain property insurance upon the Work at {he site to the full <br />insurable value thereof (subject to such deductible amounts as may <br />be provided in the Supplementary Conditions or required by law). <br />This insurance shall include the interests of OWNER, CONTRACTOR <br />and Subcontractors in the Work, shall insure against the perils of fire, <br />lightning and extended coverage, shall include "all risk" insurance for <br />physical loss and damage including theft, vandalism and malicious <br />mischief, collapse and water damage, and such other perils as may <br />be provided in the Supplementary Conditions, and shall include <br />damages, losses and expenses arising out of our resulting from any <br />insured loss or incurred in the repair or replacement of any insured <br />property (including fees and charges of engineers, architects, <br />attorneys and other professionals). If not covered under the "all risk" <br />insurance or otherwise provided in the Supplementary Conditions, <br />CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain similar property <br />insurance on portions of the Work stored on and off the site or in <br />transit when such portions of the Work are to be included in an <br />Applicationfor Payment The policies of insiiranra ramiurarl to ha <br />nkr��i4o`IVl � Zvi Payment. �r, r.. `... ,....-. ti_... - - <br />purchased and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with this <br />paragraph shall contain a ,provision that the coverage afforded will not <br />be canceled, materially changed or reduced until at least thirty (30) <br />days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER.. <br />5.3.1.5.
