i <br />i <br />information to include the date and time of <br />recording, and station numbers, if shown on the <br />Drawings. The date information shall contain the <br />month, day, and year. The time information shall <br />contain the hour, minute, and second. Additional <br />information shall be displayed periodically. Such <br />information shall include, but not be limited to, <br />project name, contract number, name of street, <br />house address, direction of travel, and the <br />viewing side. The transparent information shall <br />appear on the screen. <br />C. All taping shall be done during times of good <br />visibility. No taping shall be done during <br />precipitation, mist, or fog. The recording shall <br />be done only when sufficient sunlight is present <br />to properly illuminate the subjects of recording <br />and to produce bright, sharp video recordings of <br />those subjects. <br />D. The rate of speed in the general direction of <br />travel of the vehicle used during taping shall not <br />exceed 49 feet per minute. Panningâ–  zoom -in, and <br />zoom -out rates shall be sufficiently controlled to <br />maintain a clear view of the object. <br />E. Tape coverage shall include all surface features <br />located within the zone of influence of <br />construction supported by appropriate audio <br />coverage. Such coverage shall include, but not be <br />limited to, existing driveways, sidewalks, curbs, <br />pavements, ditches, mailboxes, landscaping, <br />culverts, fences, signs, and headwalls within the. <br />area covered. <br />F. When conventional wheeled vehicles are used, the <br />distance from the camera lens to the ground shall <br />not be more than twelve (12) feet. 7n some <br />instances, audio -video tape coverage may be <br />required in areas not accessible by conventional <br />wheeled vehicles.
