40 <br />40 <br />PART 2 - <br />PRODUCTS <br />2.01 <br />GENERAL <br />t <br />All equipment, accessories, materials, and labor to <br />perform this service shall be furnished by the <br />Contractor. <br />2.02 <br />QUALITY <br />The total audio -video system shall reproduce bright, <br />sharp, clear pictures with accurate colors and shall <br />have minimal distortion, tearing, rolls, or other <br />imperfections. The audio portion of the recording <br />shall reproduce the commentary of the camera operator <br />with proper volume and clarity and be free from <br />distortion and interruptions. <br />i <br />2.03 <br />CAMERA <br />The color video camera used in the recording system <br />shall have a horizontal resolution of 300 lines at <br />center, a luminance signal-to-noise ratio of 45 dB, and <br />a minimum illumination requirement of 25 foot candles. <br />2.04 <br />TAPES <br />Audio -video tapes shall be new. Reprocessed tapes will <br />not be acceptable. The tapes shall be one-half inch, <br />high energy, extended still frame capable <br />videocassette, shall be interchangeable with the color <br />videocassette player, and shall be compatible for <br />playback with the player --receiver. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 VIDEOTAPING PROCEDURES <br />A. Each tape shall begin with the current date, <br />project name, and municipality, and be followed by <br />the general location, i.e., name of street, house <br />address, viewing side, and direction of progress. <br />The audio track shall consist of an original live <br />recording'.. The recording shall contain the, <br />narrative commentary. <br />B.
