Furnish, install., and maintain temporary control <br />facilities required for construction; remove on <br />completion of entire project any features not <br />Intended to remain on the project site. <br />B. Provide noise control, dust control, water control, <br />debris control, pollution control and erosion <br />control as specified in the appropriate sections of <br />these documents. <br />1.02 REQUIREMENTS OF REGULATORY AGENCIES <br />A. Comply with federal, state, and local codes and <br />regulations and utility company requirements. <br />S. comply with Department of Transportation <br />requirements. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.01 ,MATERIALS (GENERAL) <br />A. Materials may be new or used, but must be adequate <br />in capacity and quality for the required usage, <br />MUST HOT create unsafe conditions and MUST NflTNflT <br />violate requirements of applicable codes and <br />standards. <br />2.02 TEMPORARY NOISE CONTROL <br />A. t4echanical equipment shall be fitted with mufflers <br />t6 reduce noise from internal combustion type <br />engines. <br />B. Bells, sirens, alarms, etc., shall be adjusted to <br />provide adequate warnings to personnel on the <br />project site; 'however, they shall be regulated to <br />an intenrity that is amenable to the neighboring <br />communities. <br />01560-1 <br />
