C-1 <br />5. All elevations shown shall be based on 1929 NGVD, <br />6. All incoming as -built survey AUTOCADD drawing files <br />shall be received on 3 1/2" diskette and in state <br />plane coordinated. (MOTE: Prior to submitting the <br />r 3 112" AUTOCADD diskette, three (3) copies of each <br />survey shall be submitted for review and approval. <br />After all approvals, a signed and sealed Mylar <br />reproducible along with two (2) signed and sealed <br />copies of each survey shall be submitted. <br />7. All as -built survey drawings shall be tied to a <br />minimum of one permanent reference monuments <br />(P.R.M.). Every 1400 feet if available and tied to <br />a minimum of two section corners or one section <br />corner and one 1f4 section corner which ever is <br />closest to the project. <br />8. All as -built survey drawings shall be calculated in <br />a Cogo package for future G.T.S. Information. The <br />Cogo used shall meet the Cogo requirements set forth <br />by the Department of Utility Services. <br />9. All as-builts surveys shall include a minimum of two <br />(2) existing or established benchmarks for vertical <br />control every 1,400 feet shown on all surveys. <br />10. Horizontal Control Monumentation (if required) for <br />utility lines shall be a minimum of two (2) points <br />at a maximum of 1,900 feet between points and shown <br />on all surveys. <br />11. All utility as --built construction located within the <br />right-of-ways, easements and alike shall be tied to <br />the respective right-of-ways, easements, etc., every <br />1,000 feet and change of direction, <br />12. All utility as -built construction located within one <br />mile of the Indian River County Global Positioning <br />System (G.P.S.) control project shall be ties from <br />that nearest G.P.S. point andinto the closest <br />constuction site Permanent Reference Monument <br />(P,R.M.), if available. This does not eliminate <br />Item No. 7 above. <br />13. All as-builts shall clearly depict as -built utility <br />lines that were constructed along with all <br />easements. As -bunts will not be accepted unless <br />01720--4 <br />
