11 <br />f <br />3. Work site traffic control shall be <br />provided in conformance with <br />""Florida Department of <br />Transportation Roadway and Traffic <br />Design Standards," <br />+ 4. Asphalt restoration will be required <br />within fifteen (15) days after <br />temporary patch is installed. The <br />final finish shall be smooth and <br />uniform within a one-quarter (1/4) <br />inch tolerance of the required <br />surface. <br />5. Shoulder, right-of-way sodding, and <br />other restoration shall be performed <br />as required by the public works <br />director in accordance with Florida <br />Department of Transportation <br />Standards. <br />6. Traffic control devices (e.g. signs, <br />street name signs, traffic signals <br />and pavement markings) shall be <br />restored to their original condition <br />or better. <br />T. prior to final release of the <br />performance bond, which shall occur <br />no sooner than ninety (90) days <br />after final pavement restoration, <br />the engineer -of -record or utility - <br />company shall request a final <br />inspection, shall certify that the <br />utility has been installed in <br />accordance with standards specified <br />in the publications listed in <br />section 312.08, shall submit two (2) <br />copies of as -built drawings, and <br />shall submit release of lien by <br />contractors. <br />8. All utility structures will be <br />required to have an identification <br />tag designating proper ownership. <br />1.02 RESTORATION <br />All surfaces, as described, shall be completed as soon as <br />is reasonable. in no case shall the pavement or driveway <br />replacement operation be unfinished for more than 10 days <br />after backfilling unless otherwise directed by the <br />Engineer.
