I <br />40 <br />4.5 ,Patch <br />Setup <br />Do not include entities with privileges on Failsoft sites in this test. <br />Program four test groups. The groups must not be fleets or agencies. <br />Have on hand, 2 radios programmed with 2 of the test groups and logged on <br />to sites. <br />Execution <br />7. <br />Create a 4 group patch on PATCH 1. Verify that the ACTIVE indicator <br />for PATCH 1 (i.e. P1 indicator in each module) comes ON and the four <br />modules are included in the patch,. <br />2. <br />be -activate PATCH 1 and verify that the ACTIVE indicator goes OFF. <br />3. <br />Re -activate PATCH 1. Verify that the ACTIVE indicator comes back <br />ON. <br />4. <br />Modify PATCH 1 by removing two of the groups in the patch. Verify <br />this results in a two group patch. Verify that the patch indicators of <br />the two remaining groups are ON and the patch indicators of the two <br />deleted groups are OFF. <br />5. <br />Set each radio to a different test group in the patch and turn scan off. <br />6. <br />Activate and Select PATCH 1, <br />7. <br />Key one of the radios on its test group. Verify that the call is heard at <br />the other radio and at the select speaker. <br />8. <br />Repeat the previous step, except key the other radio. <br />9. <br />Key the console by pressing the transmit bar.
