40 <br />4.4 Agency Broadcast <br />Setup <br />Unplug the headset <br />Choose an agency to use as a test group <br />Program at least two radios with different subfleets but in the same test <br />agency. <br />Program a console module with the test agency. <br />Review Console User Profile settings for Console under Test (i.e. Audio <br />Indicators). <br />Execution <br />1. Press INSTANT TX on the module with the test agency. Verify that a <br />channel access tone is heard, the XMT indicator is displayed and that. <br />the call is heard at the radios. Release the Instant TX key. <br />2. Press the SELECT button on the module with the test group. Verify <br />that the SELECT indication for that module becomes highlighted. <br />3. Press the SELECT TX function. Verify that a channel access tone is <br />heard, the XMT indicator is displayed and that the call is heard at the <br />radios. Release the SELECT TX function. <br />4. Press the PTT foot pedal. Verify that a channel access tone is heard, <br />the XMT indicator its displayed and that the call is heard at the radios. <br />Release the foot pedal. <br />5.
