4D <br />tam <br />The team's analysis will follow a what-if/checklist procedure as established by the USFPA. The <br />procedure will use soine concepts from Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies. A CDM specialist <br />experienced in the analysis methods being used will facilitate the. review. During file first meeting, CDM <br />will provide training to the team members on the YHA procedure. <br />Task 3 - Process Hazard Analysis Resents <br />During the PHA meetings, CDM will take notes and document the details of each release scenario in <br />HAZOP worksheets. CDM will document each deviation„ cause, hazard, consequence, safeguard, and <br />recommendation identified during the HAZOP study session. CDM will produce a technical <br />memorandum describing the plant modifications that the team has recommended to improve the safety of <br />the processes. <br />
