The RPP requested only those <br />supplements that included coverage for prescription drugs in order to be a comparable option to <br />the current PPCA plan. However, date to the lack of responses from Medicare providers for a <br />group program that included coverage for prescription drugs, the Insurance Committee <br />determined that MCSD should continue to offer its retirees the existing program pursuant to <br />Florida Statute 112.0801.. <br />
