191A 3. <br />Provide transportation of inmates to and from work if <br />such is not provided by Corrections as agreed to in <br />Section I of this Agreement. <br />X A. <br />Provide all tools, equipment, materials and personal <br />items such as gloves, rubber boots, hard hats, etc., <br />necessary and appropriate to perform the required work. <br />9. <br />Ensure that when licensing or permits are obtained if <br />required for the work to be performed. Provide <br />necessary supervision and guidance for projects which <br />require a permit which require technical assistance to <br />complete the project. <br />6. <br />immediately notify Corrections in the event of an escape <br />while the inmate is under supervision of the Agency. <br />Report any inappropriate behavior displayed by inmates <br />or any inmate who fails to perform his tasksi in an <br />acceptable manner. <br />1f1A-7. <br />Record daily the number of hours worked by inmates using <br />forms provided by Corrections and submit the form an a <br />weekly basis to Corrections. <br />IIIA S. <br />Report all .inmate injuries to Corrections. <br />Report all innate injuries, regardless of how minor in <br />nature, to Corrections as soon as practical. <br />Medically related complaints made by an inmate shall be <br />reported Corrections as soon as practical. <br />In cases of emergency, first aid, within the scope of <br />the supervisor's medical training, shall be provided, <br />request emergency health care assistance, and assistance <br />rendered to Corrections. <br />NIA 4. <br />Provide inmates with a fifteen minute rest break in the <br />morning and afternoon. Lunch breaks shall normally <br />heo i n At 12 Noon and last at least thirtv ( 301 ini.nntnR.. <br />breaks. <br />NIA 14. Provide an employee of the same sex as the medium <br />custody inmate(s) to be immediately available to render <br />assistance in cases where the squad supervisor i;a of the <br />opposite sex as the inmate. <br />111. Require each non -Correction person approved to supervise <br />inmates and other appropriate staff members to attend <br />orientation/ training in the supervision of inmates prior <br />to assuming supervision of inmates, and to attend annual <br />orientation/training to be provided by the Department. <br />
