This Amendment 3 to Work Order 1, would provide for Building Code Compliance Review, Updating Construction Plans/Technical Specifications, Permit Approvals and Renewals, Preliminary Building Department Permit Application, Construction Cost Estimate, Bidding Services, and Construction Administration Services.
