Brooks <br />S lune 1999 <br />Page 6 <br />SCHEDULE ESTIMATE <br />Upon receipt by GeoSyntec of an executed agreement for preparation of the PRAP, <br />GeoSyntec anticipates that a PRAP can be submitted to FDEP within 60 days, as <br />follows: <br />• Upon receipt of an executed agreement and Work Authorization No. 1, and <br />completion of 'Task 2A (to be conducted as soon as possible following <br />execution of Work Authorization No. 1), GeoSyntec will providc three copies <br />of a draft PRAP to IRC within 30 days for IRC's review. <br />+ GeoSyntec anticipates a one-week review period by IRC. At that time, the <br />Draft PRAP Review Meeting (Task 2E) will be held with IRC and GeoSyntec <br />to discuss IRC's comments. <br />• Following the meeting, GeoSyntec will modify the PRAP and resubmit the <br />docunnent to IrRC within one week for final review. <br />+ GcoSyntec anticipates a one-week final review period by IRC. <br />+ Upon receipt of IRC's comments, GeoSyntec will incorporate IRC's final <br />comments and prepare and submit five copies of the PRAP to IRC for <br />distribution to the FDEP. GeoSyntec will then be available to meet with the <br />FDEP (based on IBC's and FDEP's schedules) concurrent with submittal of the <br />PRAP. <br />XR98070/F990270.DOC <br />
