PROGRAM <br />Vero Beach FL 32960 <br />Dear Mr E eating, <br />As you know, the Indian !fiver Lagoon National Estuary Program has <br />produced the final draft version of the Comprehensive Conservation <br />and Management Plan (COMP). We want to provide an opportunity for <br />local government officials to learn more about the CCMP and the <br />importance of local government in reaching the goals included in <br />the plan. We would appreciate your assistance in securing an <br />opening on the agenda of the Indian River County Commission., <br />We have developed a tentative schedule of meetings with local <br />governments throughout the lagoon region and would like to make a <br />presentation to your commission onesday� June 18, We are <br />planning a thirty minute presentation -with approximately fifteen <br />minutes available for questions and answers. This presentation <br />will be geared toward county government including county <br />commissioners and appropriate natural resource, planning and <br />financing staff.
