The Board of County Commissioners approved the project grant <br />application on September 13, 1994. I.'ve..coordinated with attorney <br />Terry O'Brien and, based _on the Boakd's application approval -Terry-m= <br />concurs with 'me :_`-that _these agreements.. can- .be executed <br />administratively by.the Board. Chairman (without the agreements <br />having to go back to the full Board for execution). <br />As such, I request that the Chairman sign each of the originals, <br />and that all of the originals then be returned to me. I will then <br />obtain the appropriate signatures from the City of Sebastian, and <br />forward the originals to the State for full execution. Once I <br />receive fully executed originals back from the State, I will <br />forward Indian River County's originals to your office for filing. <br />Conceptual Approval Agreement, undated, between Florida <br />Communities Trust (FCT), a nonregulatory agency within the State of <br />Florida Department of Community Affairs, the City of Sebastian, and <br />Indian River County regarding AGC Industrial Tract Scrub LAAC Site <br />was approved and made a part of the record. <br />COPY OF AGREEMENT WILL BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />BOARD WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED. TO BE FILED UNDER 06/18/96 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately following adjournment, <br />the Board would reconvene as the District Board of Commissioners of <br />the Solid Waste District.
