This proposal specifically excludes all application and/or impact fees, which shall be the <br />responsibility of the CLIENT. <br />2. This Scope of Services specifically excludes preparation of legal documents, easement <br />descriptions, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural work. <br />3. It is assumed that there is no new water or sewer improvements associated with this project. <br />In addition, there is an existing fire hydrant located on the north side of Englar Drive near the <br />southeastern corner of the property and is within 500 feet of the proposed pavilion for the <br />required fire protection. <br />4. Wetland planting design drawings and installation will be provided by others. <br />5. Construction stakeout and as-builts are not included with this proposal. <br />Thank you for giving us the opportunity to submit a proposal for our services.
