Commissioner Loar <br />noted that funds from the Opioid settlement were allocated to their budget. <br />Dr. Patricia Aronica, Chief Medical Examiner, used a PowerPoint <br />presentation to discuss her office's expenditures, upgrades, and plans for the <br />future. She provided an update of the new facility, which was in the design <br />stage; the Commissioners offered their support. <br />Bob McPartlan, Sebastian City Council member, spoke in support of the <br />Medical Examiner, Chief Judge Schwab and the Specialty Courts, as well as <br />the Guardian ad Litem. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 7 <br />
