Is Request for Final Plat Approval <br />for Windsor Plat•9 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of July 2, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Windsor Plat 9 is a final plat which covers 3 separate areas within <br />the overall Windsor development. The final plat will create 31 <br />single family lots. Of those, 8 lots will be created along the <br />beachside; 12 lots will be created at the south end of the polo <br />field, and it lots will be created at the north end of the Village <br />area (see attachment #2). <br />Separate preliminary plats were approved for each of the three <br />areas. The preliminary plat covering these areas are Windsor <br />Beachside Phase II, Windsor Phase --V, and Windsor Phase -IIB. These <br />preliminary plats were approved by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission on December 14, 1995, May 12, 1994, and March 14, 1991, <br />respectively. All of the preliminary plats are valid, and have <br />active land development permits. The owner's agent, _Knight, <br />McGuire a Associates, Inc., is requesting final plat approval and <br />has submitted the following: <br />JULY 29 1996 7 BO 9:8 Fwj40 <br />
