(h) This bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed <br />person, firm, or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement <br />or rules of any group, association, organization or corporation; Bidder has not <br />directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a false or <br />sham Bid; Bidder has not solicited or induced any person, firm or corporation to <br />refrain from bidding; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any <br />advantage over any other Bidder or over Owner. <br />4. Bidder will complete and include with the bid the Schedule of Bid Items attached to this <br />Proposal. The quantities shown on the Schedule of Bid Items are approximate quantities <br />to be used for the purpose of comparing bids. The actual quantities may vary. It is further <br />understood that the actual amount of the Agreement, and payments thereunder, will be <br />based upon the actual quantities placed into the work. <br />5. Bidder agrees that the work will be completed in accordance with the following time <br />frame: <br />(a) Within -34. calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall <br />complete the following tasks: <br />1. Obtain all necessary permits. <br />2. Receive approved shop drawings for all materials and equipment to be <br />utilized in the job. <br />3. Perform all photographic recording and documentation of conditions prior <br />to construction. <br />4. Locate all existing utilities in the area of work. <br />S. Mobilize all labor, equipment, and materials. <br />6. Deliver and store all equipment and materials to the job site. <br />7. Notify all utilities and other affected parties prior to initiating construction, <br />v) i iGi�i i ;aicuutu days its i SFU caiendar days from the effective [tate of Notice to <br />Proceed, the CONTRACTOR shall complete the following tasks: <br />I . Install all pipe and appurtcnant items. <br />2. Perform all testing. <br />3. Restore all disturbed areas to their preconstruction condition. <br />4. Correct all deficiencies noted by Engineer. <br />Completion of all tasks outlined above (i.e., Subparagraphs a and b) constitute Substantial <br />Completion. <br />00310-3 <br />
