Add the following new definitions after paragraph 1.45 of the General Conditions: <br />1.46. Conditions of the Ccntract - The combined General Conditions and <br />Supplementary Conditions. <br />1.47. Project Manual - The Invitation for Bids, instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, <br />Agreement, Bonds, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Specifications, <br />and Appendices. <br />ARTICLE 2. PRELIMINARY MATTERS <br />SC -2.2. <br />Delete "ten" In the first line and replace with "three'. <br />SC -2.3. <br />Delete paragraph 2.3. of the General Conditions in its entirety and insert the <br />following in Its place: .j <br />2.3. A Notice to Proceed may be given at any time within thirty days after the <br />Effective Date of the Agreement.
