6706-050 <br />2.7. Before any Work at the site Is started, CONTRACTOR shall deliver to OWNED, <br />with copies to ENGINEER and each additional Insured Identified in Article 6 of the <br />Supplementary Conditions, certificates of insurance (and other evidence requested <br />by OWNER) which CONTRACTOR Is required to purchase and maintain In <br />accordance with the requirements of Art€clew 5. <br />ARTICLE 3. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS- INTENT, AMENDING, REUSE <br />SC -3.1. <br />Add s new paragraph immediately after Paragraph 3.1. of the General Conditions <br />which Is to read as follows: <br />3.1.1. Each and every provision of law and clan; a required by law to be Inserted in <br />these Contract Documents shall be deemed to be inserted herein, and they shall be <br />read and enforced as though It were included herein, and if through mistake or <br />otherwise, any such provision is not Inserted, or if not correctly inserted, then upon <br />the application of either party, the Contract Documents shall forthwith be <br />phvsically amended to make sirch insertion. <br />ARTICLE 4. AVAILABILITY OF LANDS; SUBSURFACE AND PHYSICAL. <br />CONDITIONS; REFERENCE 'POINTS <br />SC -4.11. <br />Add a new paragraph immediately after paragraph 4.1. of the General Conditions <br />which Is to read as follows: <br />4.1.1. if all lands and rights-of-way are not obtained as herein contemplated before <br />construction begins, CONTRACTOR shall begin the Work upon such land and <br />rights-of-way as OWNER has previously acquired. <br />SC -4.2. <br />Add a now paragraph immediately after paragraph 4.2.1.1 of the General <br />Conditions which is to read as follows: <br />00800-4 <br />Mir" <br />
