McCoy, AICP 40tk <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: July 2, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Sandpoint West L.C.Is Request for Final Plat Approval for <br />Sandpoint West Phase II (SD -94-05-04) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board -of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of July 9, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Sandpoint West Phase II is a 4 lot subdivision of a 2.42 acre <br />parcel of land located on south SR A -1-A between Sandpoint West <br />Subdivision and St. Edwards Upper School. The subject property is <br />zoned RS -3, Residential Single Family District (up to 3 units per <br />acre) and has a land use designation of L-1, Low -Density 1 (up to <br />3 units per acre). The density for the subdivision is 1.6 units <br />per acre. <br />On March 24, 1994, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval for .Sandpoint West Subdivision.
