Number: 00-30-38-00001-0250--00001.0 <br />Property Address: 102ND TER <br />THIS LAND CLEARING PERMIT is issued in accordance with Chapter 927 of <br />the Indian River County band Development Code. The above named appli- <br />cant is hereby authorized to perform the herein described activity <br />in accordance with the specifications stated herein and provided for <br />in Chp. 927. This permit does not absolve the applicant and/or pro- <br />perty owner from the responsibility to satisfy state or federal regu- <br />lations that may apply to the activity. <br />GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1. The applicant and/or the person to perform the land clearing <br />shall arrange a field meeting with county environmental <br />planning staff to review the proposed activity prior to clearing <br />commencement, unless specifically notified that a field <br />conference is not necessary. A copy of the permit shall be kept <br />on-site during the land clearing activity. <br />2. The applicant shall notify county environmental planning staff <br />upon completion of the activity, who shall inspect the property <br />to confirm compliance with applicable county regulations. <br />3. Debris resulting from the land clearing activity shall be disposed <br />of at an approved disposal facility within 60 days of clearing <br />completion, or burned with an air curtain incinerator burn permit <br />from the County Fire Division (or State Division of Forestry, as <br />applicable), in accordance with County Code Chapter 925. <br />4. This land clearing permit requires that the subject property's <br />pre -development storm water run-off discharge rate not be exceeded <br />after the clearing operation is completed. This may require <br />construction of temporary detention ponds or berms, and installa- <br />tion of erosion control devices, such as silt screens and/or hay <br />bales, in order to maintain pre -development drainage flow <br />characteristics and to protect against sedimentation and turbidity <br />in discharge waters. All drainage and erosion control measures <br />required on the approved project site plan, as applicable, are in <br />effect for this permit. <br />
