The person or company conducting the land clearing must be a <br />licensed contractor registered in Indian River County to perform <br />such work. The applicant is advised to contact Linda Jones in the <br />County Building Division at 567-8000, ext. 288 to ensure that the <br />land clearer has required licensing. <br />SPECIFIC CONDITIONS (AS APPLICABLE): <br />REVIEWING DEPARTMENT: PLANNING: ENVIRONMENTAL <br />1. This permit authorizes land clearing within the net <br />buildable portion of the site in conjunction with the <br />approved site plan. <br />2. In accordance with Conditions #4 and #5 of St. Johns <br />River Water Management District Environmental Resource <br />Permit# 4 -061 -0174G -ERP, erosion control measures shall <br />be installed prior to commencing site preparation. <br />Erosion control measures shall be maintained in gond <br />condition and shall remain in place until a certificate <br />of occupancy has been issued or until all cleared areas <br />have been stabilized. <br />3. All nuisance exotic vegetation existing within the net <br />area of development must be removed in conjunction with <br />site preparation.t929.081 <br />4. This permit does not authorize encroachment of <br />construction equipment within any designated wetland/ <br />upland edge buffer.
