Reporting Requirements. <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />Deliverables Due <br />Deliverables Due <br />Deliverables Due <br />Deliverables Due <br />Supporting Documentation: For non-EMPA funds used as match, the following documents are required to satisfy the deliverable: <br />invoices, receipts, paystubs, earning statements, credit card or bank statements for proof of payment at least equal to the amount of <br />reimbursement requested for each quarter. <br />TASK 2: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL PREPAREDNESS SYSTEM <br />A. NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) IMPLEMENTATION <br />EMPG Program Subrecipients are required to implement NIMS. NIMS provides a common approach to state and local response that <br />enables responders at all levels to work together more effectively to manage domestic incidents through a core set of guidelines, <br />standards, and protocols for command, control and communications in emergency situations. <br />All Subrecipients must certify that they have achieved or are working towards achieving NIMS implementation objectives. All <br />Subrecipients must complete and submit the NIMS Data Collection Worksheet Local annually. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 2A for Quarter 1, the Sub -Recipient must submit the following item in DEMES: <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• The Sub -Recipient shall complete the annual NIMS Data Collection Worksheet _Local, provided by the <br />Preparedness Bureau during the month of September and uploaded into DEMES not later than December 1, 2023. <br />Reporting Requirements: <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />Deliverables Due <br />N/A <br />N/A <br />N/A <br />Supporting Documentation: The NIMS Data Collection Worksheet Local. <br />B. OPERATIONAL COORDINATION <br />The EMPG grant program supports the building or sustainment of core capabilities across the five mission areas that are <br />necessary to prepare for incidents that pose the greatest risk to the State of Florida. Effective operational coordination <br />results from the establishment and maintenance of a unified and coordinated operational structure and process that <br />appropriately integrates all critical stakeholders and supports the execution of core capabilities. <br />Subrecipients must engage with whole community stakeholders, on a quarterly basis: either bYparticipating in regional meetings of <br />existing multi -agency organizations (i.e., Regional Domestic Security Task Forces, Local Emergency Planning Committees, Regional <br />Health Care Coalitions, Local Voluntary/Community Organizations Active in Disaster) or b,, hag/conducting meetings with whole <br />community stakeholders. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 2B for Quarters 1-4, the Sub -Recipient must submit the following items in DEMES: <br />35 <br />d-11 <br />
