INTEGRATED PREPAREDNESS PLAN (IPP) <br />Subrecipients are required to engage senior leaders and other whole community stakeholders to identify preparedness <br />priorities specific to training and exercise needs, which will guide development of the county's multi-year IPP. The IPP should <br />identify a combination of planning, training and exercise activities that address preparedness priorities and capability gaps based on <br />planning efforts, hazard and risk assessments, and exercise/incident after -action reviews (AARs). <br />36 <br />11 <br />
