40 <br />• <br />N <br />r TASK G: CULVERTS <br />Pv 1. Per the Indian River County Utilities Required Survey Information, all existing drahuige pipe <br />crossings and driveway culverts are to be field located. Type, sizes and the inverts of <br />all drainage pipe culverts will be obtained and shown on the drawing. <br />TASK H: TOPOGRAPHIC FEATURES <br />1. Per the Indian River County Utilities Required Survey Information, existing driveway widths <br />and types, fences, trees, or shrubbery, mailboxes, flagpoles and all other visible features are to <br />be located. In addition, the OWNER AND CONSULTANT agree to note on the plan the <br />location of existing wells. <br />TASK I: SURVEY PRODUCT <br />1. We will provide the owner a survey master file every 30 days. The master file will contain <br />all completed surveying data to date on a digital drawing format. It will be the owner's <br />responsibility to create all view ports, x -sections and other drafting methods as required to <br />prepare finalized engineering plans except as defined in Task "D". Upon completion of the <br />survey, we will prepare a signed and sealed surveyors report and the overall survey digital <br />master file. <br />SECTION 3 - OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The OWNER will provide all in-house documentation pertinent to the project as required by the <br />CONSULTANT and meet monthly with the CONSULTANT. <br />The CONSULTANT will begin the survey upon formal authorization from the OWNER. The <br />CONSULTANT shall complete the survey 6 months (180 days) after the formal authorization. <br />SECTION 5 - PERIODS OF SERVICE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY UTILITIES REQUIRED SURVEY INFORMATION <br />A. All survey data required is to be drawn in complete survey form (drawings will be used to show <br />proposed construction. Drawings to be furnished to Indian River County on Mylar 1" = 50 (as a hard <br />copy) and on a 3 1/2" diskette or CD ROM in Auto Cad Version 14 with state plane coordinates. <br />Three (3) signed and sealed surveys are to be submitted. The following items are required to <br />be shown on right-of-way and/or easement maps as follows: <br />1. All maps to be prepared to meet the minimum requirements of Chapter 61G17 the Florida <br />administrative code pursuant to ChBY er 472 Of ths, ;;oiidit Siaiuie <br />2. Existing right-of-way limits and/or easements within the limits of construction. <br />3. Survey baseline stationing shown on the survey plan every 100' and control points set every <br />500' and at angle change of direction in the field. Bearings on distances will be shown on the <br />drawing. <br />4. Project to be tied to two (2) section corners or''/. section corners and shown on the drawing. <br />5. Horizontal and vertical control to be complete and shown per current state statute. <br />6. Show cross section elevations at grade every 100' for gravity sewer line construction and 500' <br />for water line and force main construction. Elevations that reflect any significant change in <br />grade between the previously stated footage, shall be shown on the plans (Modified: See <br />JADANAtSPECIPIC WORK AUMORIZATION.doc <br />
