Finalize HCP Documents and Incidental Take Permit Application <br />Provision of Draft HCP and Draft NEPA Document <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide county staff with twenty copies of the draft <br />HCP and draft NEPA document. In consultation with the United States Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, the CONSULTANT will prepare the HCP and NEPA <br />information as either a single document or as separate documents.
