The CONSULTANT shall meet with <br />the County's Project Manager as often as is deemed necessary by the COUNTY. <br />The CONSULTANT shall also provide regular briefings to county staff, and <br />other entities as deemed necessary by the COUNTY. <br />Quality Control <br />The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for ensuring that all work products <br />conform to FWS standards and criteria. This shall be accomplished through an <br />internal quality control process performed by the CONSULTANT. <br />Correspondence <br />Copies of all written correspondence between the CONSULTANT and any party <br />pertaining specifically to this project shall be provided to the COUNTY in a <br />timely manner in accordance with the INTERIM AGREEMENT. <br />Progress Reporting <br />The CONSULTANT shall communicate with the COUNTY's Project Manager, <br />at a minimum, on a weekly basis and describe the work performed on each <br />task. Additionally, the CONSULTANT will be required to attend meetings and <br />prepare written progress reports if it is determined by the COUNTY's Project <br />Manager to be necessary to track the Project development. <br />Submittals <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide copies of the required documents as listed <br />below. These are the anticipated printing requirements for the Project. This <br />tabulation shall be used for estimating purposes, and the Project Manager will <br />determine the actual number of copies required prior to each submittal. <br />Draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Draft NEPA Document .......................... <br />.................................................................................20+ 1 unbound copy <br />Final Habitat Conservation Plan and NEPA Document................................... <br />.................................................................................20+ 1 unbound copy <br />All documents, graphics, charts, and supporting material generated during the <br />course of this project will be furnished to the COUNTY in electronic format at <br />the conclusion of the project. <br />8 <br />
