40 <br />• <br />3. Construct wall at each ground storage tank to protect fiberglass piping and degassifiers. <br />Miscellaneous piping, handrail, ladder, etc. improvements required. <br />4. Investigate construction costs for a 200,000 gallon clearwell upstream of ground storage <br />tanks. <br />5. Overhead crane modifications. <br />6. Install concrete pads at equipment/instrumentation panels. <br />7. Modify stairs to mezzanine level to meet OSHA standards. <br />8. Install bulk storage tank for antiscalant addition in lieu of 50 -gallon drums. <br />9. Reinforce all doors. <br />10. Chemical tank protection to be investigated — containment/wal I. <br />11. Construct concrete plenum for generator intake. <br />Revort <br />A report summarizing both the results of the membrane process optimization results and the <br />costs associated with the system improvements/hurricane enhancements will be provided to the <br />County. Four (4) copies of the draft report will be provided to County staff for review and <br />comment. Twelve (12) copies of the final report incorporating staff comments will be provided. <br />
