It is also anticipated that the Utility Advisory Committee will provide <br />direction as to preferences. <br />5. The Consultant will develop such modifications and/or adjustments, including suggested <br />ordinance provisions and charges if applicable. <br />6. The Consultant will prepare a letter draft report regarding the above and provide to the <br />Director of Utility Services for distribution within the County. <br />7. The Consultant will meet with the Utilities Advisory Committee and County stats to discuss <br />the draft report and receive comments thereto. <br />8. The Consultant will finalize the letter report and provide the Director of Utility Services for <br />distribution within the County. <br />9. The Consultant will assist the County Attorney by reviewing and suggesting appropriate <br />changes to the ordinance. <br />10. The Consultant will attend one Board of County Commission meeting regarding the report <br />I and proposed ordinance. <br />11. Additional services requested by the County. Such services can include but are not limited to <br />Power Point presentations, additional meetings, major redrafting of related policies, etc. <br />Time of Performance <br />I <br />The Scope of Services will be completed as mutually agreed to with the County. Completion is <br />anticipated within the first two quarters of calendar year 2000 except for delays beyond <br />i Consultant's control. <br />Fees to be Paid <br />For Scope of Services items 1 through 11 the Consultant shall be paid a fee based upon the <br />attached Rate Schedule (Attachment "A") plus reimbursable expenses at cost. <br />The cost excluding reimbursable expenses for Scope of Service items 1 through 10 is estimated <br />at Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($9,950.00). It should be noted that this <br />estimate is for budgetary purposes only and should not be considered a guaranteed amount. <br />
