40 <br />• <br />PART 3 = ExEcr�, N <br />3.01 INSTAI LUION QF WOODWORK <br />r A. Only experienced finish carpenters are to work on <br />exposed woodwork. <br />B. Erect all work plum, level and true to the lane and <br />detail— <br />C. Joints_: <br />1, Members to be as long as practicable. <br />2. Do not butt joint running trim. Miter all corners. <br />D. Nailing: Use .finish nails and counter sink. Fill <br />boles with putty after prime coat. <br />E. Sand all finish woodwork and leave ready for <br />finishing. <br />3.02 DOORS <br />A. install doors as provided under other Sections of <br />these Specifications. <br />B. Install doors true and plumb with equal clearances at <br />jambs and head. <br />C. Make any adjustments necessary for proper operation. <br />3.03 HARDWARE <br />Install finish hardware as specified under another <br />Section of these Specifications. <br />A. Installation of all finish hardware by skilled and <br />experienced mechanics in a neat and workmanlike <br />manner. Where required, the hardware shall be <br />removed for application of finishes and fully <br />protected until final installation. <br />B. Carefully tam and file all keys in the key file and <br />deliver all keys to the Owner's representative at the <br />completion of the job. See Finish Hardware for <br />detailed specifications and instructions. <br />3.04 CLEAN UP <br />A. Leavg. all work in neat and finished condition. <br />R.
