40 <br />s <br />SECTION 08330 - OVERHEAD COILING DOORS <br />PART I GENERAL <br />1.01_ _RELATED DOCUMENTS <br />Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, <br />including General and Supplementary Conditions and <br />Division -1 Specification sections, addenda apply to work <br />of this section. <br />1,02 DESCRIPTION OF VTORR: LOCATION, STORAGE BLDG. PHASE S <br />A. Extent of overhead coiling doors is shown on <br />drawings. <br />Provide complete operating door assemblies including <br />door curtains, guides, counterbalance mechanism, <br />hardware, operators, and installation accessories, <br />B. Field naintin is specified in Divisiorr-9. <br />1.03 QUALITY J,SSUEANCE <br />A. Furnish each overhead coiling door as a complete unit <br />produced by one manufacturer, including hardware, <br />accessories, mounting and installation components. <br />B. Unless otherwise acceptable to Architect, furnish <br />overhead coiling door units by one manufacturer for <br />entire project. <br />C. Insert and Anchorages: Furnish inserts and anchoringdevices which must be set in concrete or built into <br />masonry for installation of units. Provide setting <br />drawings, templates, instructions and directions for <br />installation of anchorage devices. Coordinate <br />delivery with other work to avoid delay. <br />D. See concrete and masonry sections of these <br />specifications for installation of inserts and <br />anchorage devices. <br />E. Fire Door Assemblies: Furnish fire door assemblies <br />which comply with NFPA No. 80 and have been fire <br />te6Leu, rated and labeled in accordance with ASTM E <br />152. Furnish each door with a metal UL label as <br />evidence of rating, with label indicating rating in <br />hours of duration of exposure to fire and letter <br />designation of location for which assembly is <br />designed. <br />Rating: "B" label ( 1 1/2 hours) <br />Operation: Shall be chain hoist. <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. PrQduct Data: Submit manufacturer's product data, <br />roughing -in diagrams, and installation instructions <br />08330-1 <br />
