Door Pull: Heavy chrome plated Zamac. Include <br />wall stop in handicapped stall. <br />3. Coat HooklBumner: Heavy chrome plated Zamac with <br />rubber bumper. <br />4. Door Strike and Keeper: Heavy aluminum extrusion <br />(6053-T6 Alloy) with bright dip anodized finish <br />with wrap-around flange surface, mounted, and thru <br />bolted to pilaster with one-way hex bolts. <br />5. Door Latch Housing: Heavy aluminum extrusion <br />{6063 -T6 -Alloy) with bright dip anodized finish <br />surface mounted and thru-bolted to door with one- <br />way hex bolts. Slade bolt and bottom hall be <br />heavy aluminum with "Tough -Coat Black" finish. <br />2.04 FINISHES <br />A. Surface: Of all Polymer Resin components to be <br />similar and equal to "Plasti-Glaze 28011 by Santana <br />products Co. Colors are to be selected from <br />Santana's Premier Delux Color 1000 Series. Maximum <br />two colors. <br />B. Colors: One of manufacturer's standard colors in each <br />room as indicated or, if not indicated, as selected <br />by Architect. <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />3.01 INSTALLATION <br />A. General: Comply with manufacturer's recommended <br />procedures and installation sequence. Install <br />partitions rigid, straight, plumb, andlevel. <br />P -cu itie uitta4ances of noc more than 1/.211 between <br />pilasters and panels, and not more than 111 between <br />panels and walls. Secure panels to walls with not <br />less than two stirrup brackets attached near top and <br />bottom of panel. Locate wall brackets so that holes <br />for wall anchorages occur in masonry or the joints <br />Secure panels to pilasters with not less than two <br />stirrup brackets located to align with stirrup <br />brackets at wall. Secure panels in position with <br />manufacturer's recommended anchoring devices. <br />D. Overhead -Braced Partitions: Secure pilasters to floor <br />and level, plumb, and tighten installation with <br />devices furnished. Secure overhead -brace to each <br />10155-4 <br />
