Headrail shall be heavy aluminum extrusion (6063-T6 <br />Alloy) with mill finish in anti -grip configuration <br />weighing not less than 1.199 lbs, per linear forst <br />similar and equal to Santana Products Co., Inc. <br />Section #48993. Headrail shall be fastened to tops <br />of pilasters and headrail brackets by thru-bolting <br />with one-way hex bolts. <br />r <br />1. Headrail brackets shall be of 16 gage stainless <br />steel. <br />J. Anchorages and Fasteners: Unless otherwise indicated, <br />use manufacturer's standard exposed fasteners of <br />stainless steel, with theft -resistant type heads and <br />nuts. For concealed anchors, use hot -dip galvanized, <br />chrominum-plated or other rust -resistant protective - <br />coated steel. <br />2.03 FABRICATION <br />A. General: Furnish standard doors, panels, screens, and <br />pilasters fabricated for partition system, unless <br />otherwise indicated. Furnish units with cutouts, <br />drilled holes, and internal reinforcement to receive <br />partition -mounted hardware, accessories, and grab <br />bars, as indicated.. <br />B. Door Dimensions: Unless otherwise indicated, furnish <br />2411 wide inswinging doors for ordinary toilet stalls <br />and 321' wide (clear opening) outswinging doors at <br />stalls equipped for use by handicapped. <br />Doors: rabr caLe 551� high to (be mounted 14" A.F.F. <br />with edging strip fastened to full bottom edge. <br />C. Pilasters: 821" high and fastened to floor and to wall <br />brackets with pilasters shoes. <br />D. Overhead -Braced Partitions: Furnish galvanized steel <br />supports and leveling bolts at pilasters, as <br />recommended by manufacturer to suit floor conditions. <br />Make provisions for setting and securing continuous <br />extruded aluminum anti -grip overhead -bracing at top <br />for each pilaster. Screens: Furnish pilasters not less <br />than 1r' in thickness, panels and pilasters of same <br />construction and finish as toilet partitions. <br />Furnish galvanized steel -anchorage devices, complete <br />with threaded rads, lock washers, and leveling <br />adjusting nuts at pilasters, to permit structural <br />connection to floor.
