11 <br />MAINTENANCE <br />lj The Contractor shall, at his expense, maintain the sodded area in a <br />satisfactory condition until final acceptance of the project or until <br />the end of the two weeks watering period, which ever is later <br />(see Paragraph E above). Such maintenance shall include the <br />filling, leveling and repair of any washed or eroded areas and the <br />resodding of any areas which may have been damaged or <br />are not growing satisfactorily. <br />
