The following calculations and drawings are approved for the <br />construction of the paving and drainap improvements in conjunction with the April 1-3, 1998 <br />Planning & Zoning Commission site plan approval: <br />. 1) Stormwater Management Calculations dated February, 1998. <br />2) Sheet. No, SP -1, Site Plan revision no. 5, dated April 16, 1999_ <br />3) Sheet C-1, Paving, Grading, Drainage & utilities Plan, revision dated May 1.0, 1999. <br />4) Sheet LG -1, Lifeguard Stand, revision dated May 20, 1999. <br />5) Sheet P-1, Picnic Pavilion, revision dated July 15, 1999. <br />The following conditions apply to the permit: <br />I) It appears that the Chapter 930, Stormwater Management and Flood Proection Ordinance <br />criteria for construction of the proposed project can be met based on the attached <br />engineer's certification dated April 10, 1998- 1930.08(2)(c)] <br />?) Within twenty-one calender dates of establishment of the lowest floor elevation, it is the <br />duty of the permit holder to submit the Community Development Director a Certification <br />of the elevation of the lowest floor on FEMA Form #81-31, May 1993.
