The above named <br />applicant is hereby autorixed to perform the herein described activ- <br />ity in accordance with the specifications stated herein and provided <br />for in Chapter 927. This permit does not absolve the applicant and/or <br />property owner from the responsibility to satisfy state or federal <br />regulations that may apply to the activity. <br />GENERAL, SPECIFICATIONS: <br />1. The applicant shall conduct the activity in strict accordance with <br />the criteria sett forth in Section 927.07 of the Indian River County <br />Land Development Code, a copy of the permit shall be kept on-site <br />while the activity is taking place. <br />2. The applicant and/or the person to perform the tree removal shall <br />arrange a field meeting with county environmental planning staff <br />to review the proposed activity prion' to removal commencement. <br />3.
