40 <br />40 <br />Cl <br />04 <br />r <br />Unless otherwise required in the Technical Specifications [lie following criteria shall apply to all <br />submittals requiring the Architect's review and approval: <br />l <br />I . SHOP DRAWINGS: <br />Shop drawings shall be prepared accurately and to a scale sufficient to show all requisite <br />information pertinent to the submitted item or assembly. <br />Number shop drawings consecutively and indicate the following: <br />1. Working erection dimensions and/or field dimensions. <br />2. Arrangements, sectional views. <br />3. Necessary details, including complete information for making connections with <br />other work. <br />Q, kinds of materials, finishes. <br />t <br />5. Date, project name, descriptive names of equipment, classified item numbers, <br />locations at which materials or equipment are to be installed in work. <br />i <br />i <br />Submit shop drawings by transmittal letter containing project name, Contractors name. <br />number of drawings, titles, date, other pertinent data. <br />r <br />i Contractor shall review, thoroughly check and approve shop drawings prior to submitting <br />to the Architect for approval. At the time of Submittal to the Architect. the Contractor <br />shall inform the Architect in writing of' any deviation in the submittal front the <br />requirements of the Contract Documents. <br />Submit six (G) bound sets of strop drawing prints for review. Satisfactory drawings will <br />be so identified, dated and three (3) copies returned to the Contractor.
